1 - O Magnânimo D. João V Reserve Red - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine
Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Castelao
With a violet color and fruit flavour, the D. João V is a reserve wine with peculiar black plum, wild berries, and spicy aromas. Due to the aging in the barrel, this is an elegant, intense wine with a full taste. It makes for a fine wine, with a balanced acidity. The wine is excellent to combine with spicy dishes, red meat -roasted or grilled- and spicy cheeses. It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of 16°C -18°C. Winemaking: Prolonged fermentative maceration of 30 days, using selected yeasts, and pectolytic extraction enzymes. Aged in an American oak barrel for a period of one year.
2 - O Magnânimo D. João V Reserve White - 75 cl
Type of wine: White Wine
Grapes: Fernao Pires, Chardonnay, Arinto
This wine gives the taste of the fresh fruit of the Fernão Pires and the mature fruit of the Chardonnay. Good structure and balance in the mouth, with the elegance of the wood. Intense and persistent aftertaste. Great wine paired with fish, roasted white meats, and soft cheeses. We recommend serving this wine at 10°C - 12°C. Winemaking: The must is cooled to 15°C, and is vacuum filtered with pearls. The fermentation takes place with active dry yeasts, whereby the temperature is guaranteed between 16°C and 18°C. Aged in American oak.
3 - Páteo das Cantigas Red - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine
grapes: Touriga National, Alicante Bouschet
This blend of Touriga Nacional grapes and Alicante Bouchet grapes form a strong, and very aromatic, powerful combination. The taste and aromas of cocoa and wild fruit compote cause an explosion of sensations, ending with a balanced acidity, which prolongs the pleasure of tasting this wine. This wine has a strong personality and requires a strong kitchen to accompany it. Game, roasts, spices and spicy cheeses go perfectly with this wonderful mix. We recommend that you serve it at a temperature of 16°C - 18°C. Winemaking: Prolonged post-fermentation maceration of 30 days using selected yeasts, and pectolytic extraction enzymes. Temperature controlled fermentation. 
3 - Páteo das Cantigas Witte - 75 cl
Type of wine: White Wine
Grapes: Fernao Pires, Chardonnay
An intense aroma with the perfect balance between the ripe fruit of Chardonnay and the freshness of Fernão Pires. A balanced and persistent taste make this wine the perfect choice for longer days. Due to its intense properties, this is a perfect wine to accompany fried fish, and soft cheese, and is also perfect for tasting alone. Serve this wine at a temperature of 8°C. Winemaking: The must is cooled to 15°C and vacuum filtered with Perlite. Fermented with active dry yeasts, where the temperature is guaranteed between 16°C and 18°C.
5 - Capricho do Rei Rode- 75 cl 
Type of wine: Red Wine
Grapes: Syrah
Bright red color, intense aroma of ripe wild berries, with notes of balsamic. Complex taste with soft tannins and a long finish. It is a harmoniously elegant and full-bodied wine. Great wine with grilled meat or fish, lean meats, and vegetarian dishes. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 16°C-18°C. Winemaking: Prolonged post-fermentative maceration of 30 days using selected yeasts and pectolytic extraction enzymes.
6 - Carrascal Red - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine
Grapes: Castelao, Aragonez, Syrah
With a focus on a 100-year-old tradition, we have succeeded in producing an elegant and tasty, aromatic wine, with notes of ripened fruit and blackberries. The aging in oak barrels gives a perfect balance and a nice soft aftertaste. The wine tastes best at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C. and it perfectly accompanies the most diverse dishes from its region. Rabbit, roast lamb from the oven, cod with cornbread, or cheese with pumpkin jam.
