1 - Vale de Lobos Reserve Red - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine
Grapes: Trincadeira, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragonez
Crimson color, it is a wine with aroma of black fruits (berries), and nuts (hazelnut and walnut), spices, coffee and some chocolate. The smell of the aroma is confirmed in the mouth. It is balanced, soft with round tannins, and a steadfast finish. Venison should be drunk at a temperature of 18°C. And, if possible, decanted. It goes well with game dishes and strong cheeses. Store the bottle horizontally, in a cool dry and dark place.Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes, fermented with selected yeasts, at a temperature of 28°C in stainless steel vats, for 4 days. After malolactic fermentation, aged for 8 months in American and French oak barrels.
2 - Vale de Lobos Reserve White - 75 cl
Type of wine: White Wine
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer.
Lemon color with some green accents. Taste notes of tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and lychee. The aftertaste is soft, round and fresh. Delicious combination with soft cheese, foie gras, roasted fish and smoked salmon. Also very tasty with a number of desserts such as apple pie and fruit pies. Best drinking temperature: 8°C. Winemaking: grapes harvested by hand. Fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Fermented in 225 liter French oak barrels. There was battonage with fine lees.
3 - Vale de Lobos Reserve Touriga Nacional Red - 75 cl

Grapes: Touriga Nacional
The intense Ruby color and the typical floral notes from our range, together with the vanilla and spices, form a round, full and balanced wine. Perfect to drink with grilled or roasted red meat. It should be served at a temperature of 18°C.Winemaking: After a strict control of the maturation, the grapes were harvested by hand, and fermented in barrels with selected yeasts. This was followed by maturation in French oak barrels, and then in the bottle for at least 5 months. 
4 - Vale de Lobos Riesling White - 75 cl

Grapes: Riesling
An intense aroma with the perfect balance between the ripe fruit of Chardonnay and the freshness of Fernão Pires. A balanced and persistent taste make this wine the perfect choice for longer days. Due to its intense properties, this is a perfect wine to accompany fried fish, and soft cheese, and is also perfect for tasting alone. Serve this wine at a temperature of 8°C. Winemaking: The must is cooled to 15°C and vacuum filtered with Perlite. Fermented with active dry yeasts, where the temperature is guaranteed between 16°C and 18°C.
5 - Vale de Lobos Cabernet Sauvignon Red- 75 cl

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon
This top quality grape is grown in warm clay soil. It resulted in a Ruby colored wine, with highlights of violet and green pepper flavour, and with hints of toast, coffee and pine nuts. It comes in harmony with the barrel, tastes warm and spicy, long and intense, silky. Perfect combination with game dishes and spicy cheeses. This wine is best drunk at 16°C - 18°C. Winemaking: Manual harvest. The grapes were previously selected in the vineyard. The must is fermented in traditional barrels with selected yeasts, and a temperature control between 26°C and 28°C. Matured in French oak barrels, where the process of malolactic fermentation is set in motion for 5 months. It is then aged for at least 5 months in the bottle.
6 - Vale de Lobos Syrah Red - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine
Grapes: Syrah
This balanced wine with an intense Ruby colour, is made with ripened Surah grapes, and has taste notes of dried fruit, fig vanilla spices, and a light toast. It has a long finish. Great to pair with spicy cheeses and red meats. It should be served at a temperature of 18°C. Winemaking: Harvested by hand. The grapes were pre-selected in the vineyard. It was fermented with the must of selected yeasts and with a temperature control between 26°C and the 28°C. It is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, where the malolactic fermentation took place. Then aged for at least 8 months in the bottle.
