1 - Vale de Lobos G.Escolha White - 75 cl

Grapes: Fernao Pires, Chardonnay
An open straw color due to aging in oak barrels, gives this wine the taste of tropical notes such as mango, banana and passion fruit. It is a full-bodied wine with body and freshness, retains the taste well. Given the fine structure, very tasty with smoked fish. It should be drunk at 8°C. Winemaking: After rigorous ripening control, the grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected, and sorted. Fermented for 21 days with selected yeasts at 15°C. Part fermented and aged for months in French oak barrels.
2 - Vale de Lobos G.Escolha José e Violante Rode - 75 cl
Type of wine: Red Wine

Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah
With a garnet color, it shows a wealth of aromas reminiscent of nuts, pine intense balsamic note, and spices. In the mouth it takes on an evolving structure, with round tannins, and a long and elegant finish. Best served with red meat and game, at 18°C. Store the bottle horizontally in a cool dry and dark place. Winemaking: The grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouchet and Syrah are harvested at the end of September and fermented in traditional barrels with selected yeasts at a temperature of 28°C. Then followed by a 4-week process of post-fermentative skin maceration. During this process, malolactic fermentation takes place. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
3 - Pousio Reserve Red - 75 cl

Grapes: Touriga National, Alicante Bouschet, Petit Syrah
Wine, aged for one year in barrels, with a very intense aroma of red fruit, a very ripe cassis, and some vanilla from the wood. A broad taste, with an excellent personality. The tannins are very round and well connected. It is a wine that is immediately ready for consumption. It is an excellent choice with grilled red meats and is sure to be a hit on your tables. Aged for twelve months in old French oak barrels. 
4 - Contracena Colheita Selecionada White - 75 cl

Citrus in the colour, with taste notes of pineapple, banana, lychees and peach. It is a white wine, with good volume in the mouth, a round structure and a fresh taste. It goes well with spicy fish dishes and white meat. It should be drunk at a temperature of 8°C. Winemaking: Castelão grape variety; the must was separated and vinified as a white wine, with temperature control and selected yeasts. Fermented in French oak barrels
5 - O Magnânimo D.João V Reserve White - 75 cl

Grapes: Fernao Pires, Chardonnay, Arinto
This wine gives the taste of the fresh fruit of the Fernão Pires and the mature fruit of the Chardonnay. Good structure and balance in the mouth, with the elegance of the wood. Intense and persistent aftertaste. Great wine paired with fish, roasted white meats, and soft cheeses. We recommend that you serve this wine at 10°C - 12°C. Winemaking: The must is cooled to 15°C, and is vacuum filtered with pearls. The fermentation takes place with active dry yeasts, where the temperature is between 16°C and the 18°C is guaranteed. Aged in American oak.
6 - O Magnânimo D.João V Reserve Red - 75 cl

Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Castelao
With a violet color and fruit flavour, the D. João V is a reserve wine with peculiar black plum, wild berries, and spicy aromas. Due to the aging in the barrel, this is an elegant, intense wine with a full taste. It makes for a fine wine, with a balanced acidity. The wine is excellent to combine with spicy dishes, red meat -roasted or grilled- and spicy cheeses. It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of 16°C -18°C. Winemaking: Prolonged fermentative maceration of 30 days, using selected yeasts, and pectolytic extraction enzymes. Aged in an American Oak barrel for a period of one year.
